Jonathan Glass

With DTC USA since: 2013

Background
Jonathan joined the Dog Training Camp USA team in July 2013. As a lifelong dog lover, he wanted to combine his passion with his career. As a trainer, Jonathan wanted to surround myself with the most knowledgeable and experienced team possible. This led him directly to the Dog Training Camp USA family.

Jonathan has been obsessed with dogs for as long as he can remember, and he’s been lucky to share his life with many wonderful four-legged companions. As a young adult, he volunteered with foster and rescue groups, and was truly impressed and inspired by extraordinary work done by these groups.

Where
Jonathan is located on the east side of Raleigh, 2 miles from WakeMed’s Raleigh campus, adjacent to the I-440 Beltline and minutes from downtown Raleigh. He has a big fenced yard for playing, and a shady covered porch.

The glue holding everything together in his home is Jon’s amazing life partner, Jocelyn. She is almost as dog obsessed as he, and they often need to have long conversations about “why we can’t kidnap our clients’ dogs”.

Jon and Jocelyn currently share their lives with two wonderful rescue dogs. Nala, their “Winter Princess”, a husky, malamute, Samoyed mix. She is as stubborn as she is beautiful. Oliver the Puggle is their handsome little prince and he wants everyone he sees to sit with him for a moment just to let him know.

Jon and Jocelyn love exploring all of the dog friendly places that Raleigh and the surrounding areas have to offer. Amongst their favorites are the Raleigh Flea Market, North Hills, Cameron Village, and other dog friendly locations.
